1851, New York.  Membership certificate; the purpose of the organization was “the Collection of Claims and the Transaction of Legal Business throughout the United States”.  Black on white paper.  Many engraved vignettes around the text, including four of mythical women.  Also vignettes of George Washington, a steam locomotive and a sailing ship.  Folds.
