A sheet of four receipts for interest on state certificates dated 1789. Oliver Wolcott, Jr. was serving as the Comptrollor of the Public Accounts at the time and his name appears in print on each of the documents. Each is signed by the recipient of interest on State Notes. A nice piece of post-revolutionary war financial history. In excellent condition.
